One inbox for WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and email
The unified inbox puts WhatsApp, Instagram DMs, Facebook Messenger, email and your website chat widget into a single thread list. A conversation carries the same contact history whichever channel it arrived on, and a reply written in Rumore goes back out on the channel the customer actually used.
Missing a message is an arithmetic problem before it is anything else. Five apps, five badges, each checked at a different hour of the day, and the one checked least is where the new customer just asked whether you are open on Sunday. Diligence does not fix that. Fewer places to look does.
One list also makes the same person one person. Someone who emailed in March and is now asking on Instagram is a returning customer, and reading them as two strangers is how a business ends up asking a regular for their address again.
Drafting is what makes a full inbox survivable. The useful half is the hour it happens in: a question at half past ten at night gets an answer then, not at nine the next morning. Anything you have not put on Autopilot still waits for your tap. The sending window you set covers Review Requests, which are scheduled. A reply goes out when the question arrives.
How it works
Connect your channels
WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger and email, plus the Webchat widget you can drop onto your own site. Each one is connected once and then stays connected.
Everything arrives in one list
One thread list, sorted by what needs you. The channel a message came in on is shown on the thread rather than deciding which screen you have to be looking at to see it.
A reply is drafted from your Location Profile
Hours, services, prices and policies as you have written them. Grounded inbox replies can run on Autopilot; anything the Profile does not cover is flagged for you instead of being invented.
It goes back out the way it came in
A WhatsApp question is answered on WhatsApp. You never have to know which channel you are in, and the customer never gets an email replying to a DM.

Common questions
Does Rumore reply to messages without me?
Only where you have said it can. Grounded replies, the ones answered straight out of your Location Profile, are on Autopilot from day one because getting your opening hours right at midnight is not a judgement call. Anything that commits you to something is drafted and waits. A question your Profile does not cover gets a short line saying Rumore does not have that detail, and the conversation is flagged for you.
What language does it reply in?
The one the customer wrote in. That is the point of it being a customer-facing surface rather than an internal one: your dashboard stays in your language and the reply goes out in theirs, without you having to notice the difference or paste anything into a translator.
Can it book or reschedule an appointment?
It can draft one. Anything that changes something in the real world, a booking, a cancellation, a firm price, is always written up and left for a single tap from you. No amount of turning dials up makes Rumore commit you to something on its own.
Is SMS supported?
Yes, by connecting your own Twilio account. That is a different arrangement from the other channels and worth knowing before you count on it: two-way SMS runs through the same inbox as everything else, but the number is yours and you pay Twilio for the messages. RCS is not supported.
