Looking for a NiceJob alternative
NiceJob publishes its price, so transparency is not the argument here. Its entry plan is 75 USD a month against our 29 USD per location, and the referrals, rebooking and gifting it is known for sit on the 125 plan. NiceJob does neither listings nor a shared inbox. Stay with NiceJob if referrals matter more to you than breadth.
What NiceJob is good at
- They publish a price and let you start on your own. The plans are printed on a public page, every card carries a free trial and a Start Free button, and no part of buying it involves a sales team. Most of this category does not do that, and neither does most of the rest of this comparison hub.
- Requests fire off the work itself. They have first-party connectors into the job-management and accounting software a trades business already runs, wired so that closing a job in the field sends the Review Request with nobody having to remember. Years went into those connectors and Rumore has nothing comparable for field-service work.
- The loop past the review. Referral campaigns with rewards you set, rebooking automation timed to a service cycle, automated gifting and surveys. That is a revenue surface after the review rather than a reputation one, and Rumore does not have it at all.
- A website with a person attached. Their Sites product is a custom site with SEO, call tracking, lead forms and a named website coach, sold as a monthly subscription with a setup fee. For an owner who has no website, that removes a real blocker rather than adding a feature.
- Deliberate narrowness, stated in their own words. Their comparison against Podium concedes no unified inbox, no webchat, no AI phone system and no payment processing. If your whole problem is getting more Google reviews without configuring anything, fewer surfaces is the point rather than a shortfall.
Pick NiceJob if
- Your crews close jobs in field software and you want the request to go out off that event, with nobody in the office remembering to send anything.
- What you want after the review is a referral, a rebooking or a survey, and you would rather have that in one subscription than assemble it from three tools.
- You have no website, or one you are embarrassed by, and you would rather buy one with a person attached than brief an agency.
- You want fewer moving parts, not more. An inbox, a webchat widget and social drafting are surfaces to configure, and if you will not use them they are a cost.
Pick Rumore if
- One site, and the entry price matters: 29 USD per location per month against 75 is roughly two and a half times, every month.

The units are not the same, though. Theirs is per business with a customer-count ceiling and ours is per Location, so a business running several sites off one customer list could land cheaper on theirs. Their brackets stay published all the way up, at 95, 145 and 290; it is franchise and multi-location buyers who are asked for a quote instead.

The reviews themselves live on Google and the other platforms, not inside either product, so they stay where they are. What moves is the request automation, the reply history and anything you had running on referrals or rebooking, and that last part has nowhere to move to here.
