Listing management: change your hours once
Listing management keeps the facts about your business the same everywhere. Rumore compares each connected platform against your Location Profile and flags any name, phone number, address or opening hours that has drifted. Name, phone and hours it corrects for you. An address is yours to change, because an address edit can put a listing back into verification.
Your opening hours live in five places. Each was set up on a different afternoon, by whoever had the login that day, and none of them knows about the others. So changing the bank holiday hours is really five small jobs wearing one name, and most owners get through two of them.
The other three are what a customer finds. They read hours that were true last winter, drive over, and stand in front of a closed door. They do not conclude that a listing was stale somewhere. They conclude you are unreliable, and that is usually the last thing they ever think about your business.
So there is one record, your Location Profile, and everything else is checked against it. A correction Rumore can push goes off to the platform and comes back marked submitted, because some of them queue an edit for review before it shows. It is worth being clear about the scope too: this covers the platforms you have connected, not a syndication network pushing you into hundreds of directories. That is a different product with a different price.
How it works
One record holds the truth
Your Location Profile: name, address, phone, hours. Seeded from Google when you connect it, then yours to correct. Everything downstream is compared against this rather than against whichever platform was edited most recently.
Mismatches are flagged, not silently overwritten
Each platform is compared field by field: a phone number on its digits alone, the name and the address on the words with the capitals and the spacing set aside, the hours on what they mean rather than how they are typed. So a number spaced or punctuated differently is not dressed up as a problem. You see what differs and where, before anything changes. Sometimes the platform is right and your Profile is the stale one, and a tool that assumes otherwise makes the problem worse.
Three fields are corrected, one is yours
Name, phone and opening hours are pushed to the platform for you. An address is not, deliberately: on Google an address edit can send the listing back into verification, and that is a decision with your signage and your deliveries attached to it, not a checkbox. You get both values, and you make that one yourself.

Common questions
Is this the same as a directory syndication network?
No, and the difference is worth knowing before you compare prices. Rumore checks and corrects the platforms you have connected. It does not push your details into a network of hundreds of directories. If a citation network is what you need, this is not it.
Why will it not fix my address for me?
Because on Google an address edit can put the listing back into verification, which can mean waiting on a card posted to the premises before it shows normally again. Doing that to you automatically, off a field you edited in a hurry, is not a favour. Rumore shows you the mismatch and the correct value, and you make that change yourself.
Does consistency actually affect search?
It is one of the signals local search uses, alongside review volume and rating, and search engines cross-check your details across sources. Nobody outside those companies can tell you how much weight it carries. The stronger argument is the plainer one: a customer who reads the wrong opening hours does not come back.
