What the price does not include

  • No tiers. There is no plan above this one holding a feature back.
  • No setup fee and no onboarding fee.
  • No per-message, per-review or per-request charge.
  • No annual contract. A location comes off the bill the month you remove it.
  • No sales call and no quote. The number on this page is the number everyone reads.
  • SMS is the exception, and it is worth saying plainly: text messages go out through your own Twilio account, so Twilio bills you for those at its own rates.

Common questions

How much does Rumore cost?

$29 per location, per month. That is the flat price, with no setup fee and no per-message charge: every channel, every review source and all the drafting are included. The first 14 days are free, and you do not need a card to start.

What counts as a location?

One place of business with its own address, its own reviews and its own inbox. A salon with one shop pays for one. A clinic with three sites pays for three, and each site keeps its own reviews, its own contacts and its own staff.

Is there really a free trial?

Yes. The first 14 days are free and Rumore does not ask for a card to start. You connect Google or WhatsApp, your real reviews and messages land, and you read what Rumore drafts before you commit to anything.

What happens when I add or remove a location?

The bill follows the count. Add a location and it is charged from that month. Remove one and it comes off. There is no annual commitment and nothing to renegotiate.

Is there a cheaper plan with fewer features?

No, and that is deliberate. One tier means the $29 you read here is the $29 you pay, and nothing you need six months from now is sitting behind an upgrade button.

What does Rumore charge for messages?

Nothing per message. WhatsApp, Instagram, Messenger, email and webchat are covered by the $29. SMS is the one exception, because it leaves through your own Twilio account and Twilio bills you for it.

Why publish a price when the rest of the category quotes?

Because a quote means the first thing you learn is what it costs to get on a call. The price here is the same for a barber and for a six-site clinic, so there is nothing to negotiate and nothing to compare against a number you were given privately.
