Looking for a Reputation.com alternative

Reputation.com publishes per-location prices, from 80 USD a month, and sells every tier through its sales team. Leave it for Rumore if you run one location or a handful, want to buy without a call, and do not need the multi-level hierarchy an enterprise brand is paying for.

What Reputation.com is good at

  • They publish list prices, which almost nobody selling to multi-location brands does. Three per-location numbers sit on their pricing page and you can read them before you speak to anyone.
  • Real enterprise hierarchy. Their healthcare page describes multi-level permissions and rollups across facilities, service lines and regions, which is what a group with a regional manager actually needs and is not something Rumore does.
  • Depth in regulated verticals, built over years. Encrypted data handling, audit trails and role-based access for HIPAA alignment, tied to survey outcomes, is domain work. A hospital system procurement review will pass that and fail a 29 USD tool, correctly.

Pick Reputation.com if

  • You run enough locations that a regional manager needs a filtered view of their own, with permissions and rollups underneath it.
  • You are in healthcare, automotive or financial services, and a compliance review is going to ask about audit trails and role-based access before it asks about price.
  • Surveys are central to how you measure the business, and one template is not enough.

Pick Rumore if

  • The entry price matters and 29 USD per location is a number you can live with where 80 is not.
  • You want to sign yourself up. Every plan there, printed price included, goes through a sales conversation first.
  • You are the person who will use the software, and you would rather set it up in an afternoon than sit through an implementation.

Questions people ask

How much does Reputation.com cost?

Reputation.com publishes three per-location prices: 80 USD a month for Rep Core, 115 for Rep Core + Pulse and 150 for Rep Core + Surveys, with a fourth Enterprise tier quoted rather than listed. Every one of them, printed price included, is bought through its sales team. Checked 2026-08-27.

Is there a cheaper alternative to Reputation.com for one location?

Rumore is 29 USD per location per month against their cheapest published tier at 80, so on list price theirs is 2.76 times ours for a single site. What a list price cannot tell you is what a sales conversation would land on, or whether that 80 carries a term commitment. Their pricing page states neither.

Can you sign up for Reputation.com without talking to sales?

Not from the pricing page. Every plan there routes to "Talk to Sales", and the Enterprise tier to "Contact Enterprise Sales", so the price is public but the purchase is not self-serve. Whether a checkout exists further inside that flow is not something anyone can check from outside, and this is a claim about the public page and nothing more. Checked 2026-08-27.
