# Looking for a NiceJob alternative

NiceJob Starter costs 75 USD a month, 4 USD less than Rumore at 79 USD per location. Its Pro plan adds AI review replies and customer-retention tools at 125 USD. Compare what you will use: Rumore includes a shared inbox, listings and social drafting, while NiceJob offers referrals and rebooking that Rumore does not.

## What NiceJob is good at

- They publish a price and let you start on your own. The plans are printed on a public page, every card carries a free trial and a Start Free button, and no part of buying it involves a sales team. Most of this category does not do that, and neither does most of the rest of this comparison hub.
- Requests fire off the work itself. They have first-party connectors into the job-management and accounting software a trades business already runs, wired so that closing a job in the field sends the Review Request with nobody having to remember. Years went into those connectors and Rumore has nothing comparable for field-service work.
- The loop past the review. Referral campaigns with rewards you set, rebooking automation timed to a service cycle, automated gifting and surveys. That is a revenue surface after the review rather than a reputation one, and Rumore does not have it at all.
- A website with a person attached. Their Sites product is a custom site with SEO, call tracking, lead forms and a named website coach, sold as a monthly subscription with a setup fee. For an owner who has no website, that removes a real blocker rather than adding a feature.
- Deliberate narrowness, stated in their own words. Their comparison against Podium concedes no unified inbox, no webchat, no AI phone system and no payment processing. If your whole problem is getting more Google reviews without configuring anything, fewer surfaces is the point rather than a shortfall.

## Choose NiceJob if

- Your crews close jobs in field software and you want the request to go out off that event, with nobody in the office remembering to send anything.
- What you want after the review is a referral, a rebooking or a survey, and you would rather have that in one subscription than assemble it from three tools.
- You have no website, or one you are embarrassed by, and you would rather buy one with a person attached than brief an agency.
- You want fewer moving parts, not more. An inbox, a webchat widget and social drafting are surfaces to configure, and if you will not use them they are a cost.

## Choose Rumore if

- You want AI review replies, a shared inbox, listings and social drafting together at 79 USD per location, and will use more than review requests alone.
- Reviews are not the only thing you need watching. Listings against your Location Profile and one inbox for the channels you connect are in the same subscription here and are not sold there at all. Social is a narrower difference and worth stating precisely: they automate sharing your best reviews to social, we draft original posts from your Location Profile.
- You want a published per-Location price that you can multiply by your number of sites. Compare the total for your business with NiceJob before choosing, because the packages differ.

## Questions

### How much does NiceJob cost?

NiceJob lists Starter at 75 USD a month and Pro at 125 USD a month. AI review replies are in Pro. Sites costs 99 USD a month plus a 199 USD setup fee. The pricing page offers a 14-day free trial. Checked 2026-10-19.

### Is Rumore cheaper than NiceJob?

Against Starter, no: Rumore at 79 USD per location per month costs 4 USD more than NiceJob Starter at 75 USD a month. Rumore is below NiceJob Pro at 125 USD, which includes AI review replies. The feature packages differ, and a business with several locations should compare its total quoted cost.

### What does NiceJob do that Rumore does not?

Referrals, rebooking campaigns, customer gifting and surveys, which together are a revenue surface after the review that Rumore has no answer to. It also sells a website, at 99 USD a month plus a 199 setup fee, with a named coach attached to it. And its connectors into the software a trades business runs in the field are years of work that we have not matched. Checked 2026-08-27.

### Can you switch from NiceJob without losing your reviews?

The reviews themselves live on Google and the other platforms, not inside either product, so they stay where they are. What moves is the request automation, the reply history and anything you had running on referrals or rebooking, and that last part has nowhere to move to here.
